The Purist & The Alchemist

Photography grounded in reality. Imaging freed from its limitations.

I spent a career learning how light, space, people and objects behave in front of a camera. Generative imaging introduces an extraordinary new possibility: the photograph no longer has to end with what happened to be in front of the lens.

I combine photography, traditional post-production and generative tools to create finished commercial imagery that remains photographically believable—even when parts of it never existed.

Start with what exists. Imagine what could.

TRANSFORM

Change atmosphere, context and possibility while preserving the photograph at its core.

We added life and vibrancy to the hotel through colorizing, a new sky and the addition of people.

Hotel Invigoration

REIMAGINE

Create what wasn't there—or what isn't there yet.

The original was good. When we added people and directional light, it became a whole other story.

DRONE VIEW REIMAGINED

Finishing the Unfinished Room

The house was brand new, and it needed furnishing right away for marketing.

POPULATE

Turn beautiful empty spaces into places people want to experience.

The hotel room needed warmth and comfort

We warmed, added people and softened the view. Better.

Whatʻs a Convention Center without a buzz of activity?

We populated the hall with people, added warmth and corrected tonality.

A lounge without loungers? It just wasnʻt right!

A sprinkling of happy people and a few retouching tweaks, and voila! Weʻre in business.

RELOCATE

Keep the subject. Change the world around them.

Our model was photographed perfectly, but not in the right spot.

We placed our model into the hotel lobby and everyoneʻs much happier now.

PRODUCT → LIFESTYLE

Turn a straightforward product photograph into an image with context, atmosphere and story.

The jewelry is great as a studio shot, but we wanted it lived in.

The jewelry pieces were regenerated within environments and on-model for relatibility.
